Correspondence is required, based on the respective social, cultural, and historical terms and conditions, from each country, regarding disaster prevention, and the risk management that big cities face. However, we also have to pay attention to the background and common factor simultaneously.
It is equally important to clarify one’s own, as well as common problems, in order to develop a new view-point, and technique, from our exchange of mutual knowledge and opinion.
In view of the necessity for information exchange, in the field of Risk Study Management, which is one of the main research topics, this lecture meeting is designed to exchange the opinions of specialists, with the united aim of contributing to the mutual development of this research field.
